Iris has more than 15 years of banking experience, 5 years of accounting experience, and 21 years of expertise in property management software. She brings a well-rounded combination of financial knowledge, technical proficiency, and property management industry experience.
She is a goal-oriented, hardworking, and highly organized professional who consistently demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving results. Her extensive experience with specialized software used by property management companies has given her a deep understanding of the systems, processes, and financial operations essential to effectively manage community and property accounts.
Her strong communication skills allow her to work with management teams, accounting professionals, clients, vendors, and board members. She is dedicated to providing accurate, efficient, and dependable support while continually seeking ways to improve processes and accomplish organizational goals.
Outside of her professional career, she enjoys exercise, gardening, and attending her daughter's collegiate basketball games. Her commitment to exercise reflects the same discipline, consistency, and determination she brings to her professional life. She values family time and enjoys cultivating her garden as well as supporting her daughter on and off the basketball court.

Kaylan has 4 years of accounting internship experience and 10 years of management and leadership experience, she brings a strong combination of accounting knowledge, leadership ability, and customer focused service to her professional role. She is highly goal oriented, hardworking, organized, and dependable, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with others.
She demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, approaching each interaction with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Her strong communication abilities allow her to effectively understand customer needs, resolve concerns, and provide supportive solutions.
She also possesses a natural aptitude for technology and problem-solving. Her technical confidence is demonstrated by her ability to build and maintain her own desktop computer, reflecting her willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and take on new challenges.
She is committed to continued professional growth and is pursuing her accounting degree, with plans to complete her degree in Spring 2026. Her combination of education, accounting experience, leadership skills, technological knowledge, and dedication makes her a valuable asset to TTBMC.
Outside of her professional career, she enjoys staying fit, playing collegiate basketball, spending time with her dogs, and gaming. Her involvement in collegiate athletics reflects her discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and commitment to achieving goals and qualities that she carries into her professional life.

Ola is a highly accomplished CPA Accountant with 10 years of experience specializing in local government accounting and financial management. He is a dedicated, goal-oriented professional who consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to achieving both individual and organizational objectives.
His expertise extends into HOA accounting, where he brings a comprehensive understanding of the financial complexities involved in community association management. He has extensive knowledge in analyzing insurance policies, evaluating institutional lending, and navigating the unique financial requirements and challenges of Master Homeowners Associations. His analytical approach and attention to detail allow him to effectively manage complex financial matters while providing valuable insight to support sound decision making.
Known for his professionalism, reliability, and ability to meet goals, he approaches every responsibility with diligence and integrity. His combination of accounting expertise, organizational discipline, and specialized HOA knowledge makes him a valuable asset to TTBMC.
